Job Summary
Leading a dynamic team remotely, the full-time salaried Technical Writer Manager will supervise project coordination, optimize resource allocation, and enhance documentation quality while collaborating across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the Technical Writing team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and quality standards
- Analyze project forecasts and track variances to optimize resource allocation and support project goals
- Administer documentation tools and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address project needs effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant technical or medical writing experience
- Proven experience leading documentation efforts in large, complex organizations
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse teams
