Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain manuals, standards, and procedures for compliance and safety
Create documentation for income-qualified programs, focusing on data tables and reporting functions
Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content for non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications:

Minimum BA/BS in English, Technical Writing, or related field; or equivalent work experience
3 to 5 years of Technical Writing and content management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and documentation technologies
Experience with utility billing, accounting skills, and high Excel expertise
Familiarity with IT documentation deliverables and process improvement
