Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop plain-language User Guides and Training Manuals for the online testing system
- Write compelling and attention-grabbing texts based on given keywords
- Recommend designs, layouts, and formats for all documents to help teachers locate information easily
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Journalism or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in education, technology, or product writing
- Experience with authoring tools or content management systems (CMS)
- Experience using Jira or other project management tool
- 3-4 years of experience writing product descriptions, tutorials, and user manuals
