Technical Writer Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer Security Contract Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for information and create responses to help the customer understand security products
• Write engaging content that provides clear technical explanations in a human voice
• Develop, review, and maintain internal policies and procedures related to information security and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Experience in writing for security policies and customer questionnaires
• 3+ years' experience managing security policies and security terms
• Technical policy development and technical policy writing experience
• Familiarity with NIST, SOC 2, DORA, or ISO 27001
• Knowledge of SaaS, cloud architecture, and security
