Technical Writer - SERRM
Job Summary
Responsible for creating and revising program reports related to Knowledge, Attitudes, and Behavior (KAB) Survey outcomes, the full-time remote Technical Writer - SERRM will support the KAB team by developing reports, reviewing survey analysis plans, and facilitating internal and client document reviews.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, revise, and finalize KAB reports while ensuring alignment with source files
- Review and provide feedback on Survey Analysis Plans and draft protocols
- Facilitate internal and client reviews of draft documents and present revisions as needed
Required qualifications:
- College degree
- 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional departments to resolve issues
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
