Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer/Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and system documentation
Author user-centered release notes and communications for system releases
Create training content and support delivery of user training as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 8 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
10+ years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance at the Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) level
