Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer - Utility Programs to support the development and maintenance of technical documentation for regulated utility programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and maintain procedures, work instructions, and job aids
- Support document control processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical inputs and validate documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4-7 years of professional technical writing experience
- Experience developing documentation for regulated or technical environments
- Familiarity with document management systems and version control
- Experience in utility, infrastructure, engineering, or compliance-driven programs is preferred
