Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer - Utility Programs to support the development and maintenance of technical documentation for regulated utility programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, edit, and maintain procedures, work instructions, and job aids
  • Support document control processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical inputs and validate documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-7 years of professional technical writing experience
  • Experience developing documentation for regulated or technical environments
  • Familiarity with document management systems and version control
  • Experience in utility, infrastructure, engineering, or compliance-driven programs is preferred
