Key Responsibilities
- Develop, establish, and maintain policies, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to generate and review technical documentation
- Interview subject matter experts to accurately capture content material
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a closely related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing in a complex infrastructure environment
- Experience with technical applications/tools and image-capturing tools
- Previous experience supporting scientific or biomedical research
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
