Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support customer experience documentation for DevSecOps tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality documentation for Platform One DevSecOps product features and benefits
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to gather requirements and clarify documentation needs
• Translate complex technical terminology into clear, user-friendly content and maintain documentation structure for accessibility

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a technical writer or content developer in a DevSecOps, cloud, or software development environment
• Familiarity with content creation and management tools (e.g., Confluence, Git, Markdown)
• Knowledge of documentation best practices, including single-sourcing and information architecture
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
• Active secret clearance required
