Techno-Functional Vista Consultant

Job Summary

To support a critical transition period, the remote Techno-Functional Vista Consultant will provide hands-on expertise in maintaining and stabilizing the Vista system, focusing on payroll processes and operational continuity in a long-term contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support across the Vista platform, addressing front-end and back-end operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to payroll, union, and financial workflows
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Vista, covering both functional and technical aspects
• Proficiency in SQL for writing queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting payroll processes within ERP systems
• Familiarity with union environments and compliance considerations
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
