Job Summary

Leading the identification and commercialization of technology-enabled solutions, the full-time AVP, Technology Advancement & Innovation will focus on developing AI, automation, and digital products to enhance client value and market impact while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Greeley's technology advancement roadmap aligned with strategic growth priorities
• Identify and prioritize technology-enabled use cases across various healthcare services, translating expertise into scalable tools and solutions
• Lead evaluation of build-versus-buy opportunities and develop business plans to support technology-related decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Significant experience in technology strategy, innovation, or healthcare operations
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating and executing build-versus-buy technology strategies
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital product development
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new offerings to market
