Technology Advisor, Data Center
Job Summary
To support client-facing technology strategy in the Data Center vertical, the full-time remote Technology Advisor will assist in developing technology strategies, conducting research, and preparing client deliverables under the mentorship of senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of technology strategies for assigned accounts, focusing on DCIM, CMMS, and BMS/NOC platforms
- Assist in tracking client sentiment and identifying opportunities for account growth
- Help coordinate and document operational issues related to data center technology delivery
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in data center infrastructure or related technology/consulting field
- Working knowledge of DCIM platforms and data center operations technology
- Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly materials
- Eagerness to be mentored and grow into an independent advisory role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
