Technology Analyst - Directory Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Analyst specializing in Directory Services/Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure and associated platforms
• Monitor system performance, respond to alarms, and optimize resource usage
• Create automation tools using PowerShell and Terraform to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with an emphasis in information systems
• 3 to 5 years of IT-related work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory management
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) - Windows Server Platform preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform on-call duties as needed
