Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Technology & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal review, negotiation, and execution of technology vendor agreements and contracts
• Advise on AI, data, and intellectual property strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Provide legal support for subsidiary governance, capital structure questions, and transaction coordination

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience in technology transactions, vendor contracting, and IP protection
• Experience with healthcare data governance, including HIPAA and data use agreements
• Ability to efficiently review contracts while maintaining legal rigor
• Experience in digital health or health tech is preferred
