Technology and AI VP
Job Summary
Leading the technology strategy and infrastructure, the full-time remote VP of Technology and AI Infrastructure will manage internal operations and digital products while driving AI integration to enhance jobseeker outcomes and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute UpGlo's technology strategy, ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with mission outcomes
- Partner with product leadership to deliver a reliable technology foundation for jobseeker and partner products
- Establish AI capabilities and governance to improve operational excellence and jobseeker success
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience in IT operations, systems leadership, and product/engineering delivery
- Proven experience in building technology strategies for both internal and external platforms, with a focus on AI
- Strong program/project delivery discipline with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with AI, data governance, and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Exceptional executive communication skills to convey complex technical issues clearly
