Technology and Product Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Technology and Product Lead will manage a range of tech tools, oversee website updates, and ensure efficient operations for a nonprofit focused on social justice, requiring availability during specific hours.

Key responsibilities

• Set up courses and registration processes on the website, including automating tasks using Zapier
• Manage website edits, updates, and security plans in collaboration with development and security teams
• Research and compare tech products to enhance SMT's tech stack and support social justice groups

Required qualifications

• Proficient in WordPress (preferably with LearnDash), Google Suite, and project management tools like ClickUp or Asana
• Experience in technology management and familiarity with AI tools to improve workflows
• Committed to movement work, particularly with Black/brown-led groups
• Ability to multitask effectively and communicate reliably across various platforms
• Motivated to learn and stay updated on new technology developments
