Job Summary

To lead procurement transformation initiatives, the full-time salaried Technology Asset Fulfillment Director will manage the integration of Technology Asset Management governance into enterprise procurement, ensuring compliance and efficiency in hardware and software acquisitions while overseeing fulfillment processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Technology Asset Management in procurement transformation, ensuring alignment with asset management models
• Establish and enforce global standards for request, approval, procurement, and fulfillment processes
• Design and govern the global technology request catalog and approval workflows in partnership with the ServiceNow platform team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or Technology Lifecycle Management
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing global teams or enterprise-wide processes
• Proven experience implementing or operating within ServiceNow platforms
• Strong experience with end-to-end asset lifecycle management, including procurement and fulfillment
