Technology Attorney

Job Summary

A top investment bank is seeking a temporary technology attorney for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and analyze agreements for third-party technology products and services
• Provide analysis and advice on technology service agreements to internal stakeholders
• Lead end-to-end engagements, including working with partners and negotiating with suppliers

Required Qualifications:

• Mid to senior level experience in technology law
• Experience with drafting and negotiating a range of technology service agreements
• Knowledge of cloud services, software licenses, and data licenses
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
