Technology Business Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the full-time remote Technology Business Analyst will analyze complex problems, document processes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and drive value.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements by collaborating with stakeholders
• Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvement
• Support project teams during planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet objectives and are delivered on time

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement
• Proficiency in process mapping and business process management tools (e.g., Visio)
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project development methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex processes into operationally viable controls
