Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst / System-Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Business Management (TBM) expense transparency initiatives across IT service towers
• Develop, maintain, and optimize IT cost models, allocation methodologies, and financial reporting frameworks
• Enhance and manage IT financial reporting dashboards and spend analysis for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Technology Business Management (TBM), IT Financial Management, or Cost Transparency
• Strong understanding of budgeting & forecasting, cost allocation methodologies, and financial reporting & analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, scenario analysis)
• Strong stakeholder management skills across IT, Finance, and Business teams
• Ability to convert complex datasets into business-friendly insights and recommendations
