Technology Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day operational mechanics, the full-time remote Technology Business Operations Manager will manage technology spend, improve workflows, and ensure effective lifecycle management across vendors, contracts, software, and circuits.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve purchase approval workflows for technology spend and ensure compliance with internal governance standards
• Lead software portfolio rationalization and manage vendor engagement processes, including contract alignment and issue resolution
• Oversee operational execution of technology budgets and coordinate cross-functional partnerships to translate business needs into scalable processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in technology business operations, financial operations, or vendor management
• At least two years of people leadership experience with a proven ability to drive consistency and accountability
• Experience managing budgets, purchase requests, and operational processes in a technology or IT environment
• Strong experience in process improvement, workflow design, and operational governance
