Technology Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Communications & Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply communication standards aligned with change strategies to promote technology adoption
• Advise partners on embedding technology adoption and knowledge activities into implementation plans
• Define and reinforce communication success metrics in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in an art or design related field)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Change Management
• Expert knowledge of visual design principles and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Strong training development and facilitation experience with change management certification preferred
