Technology Command Center Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Command Center Analyst - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and jobs to validate overall environment health
• Lead complex incident war rooms and direct restoration efforts using knowledge of various technologies
• Partner with the Enterprise Monitoring Solutions team to enhance system monitoring and alerting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of overall IT experience
• 1+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure (servers, network, database, storage, web, and load balancing technologies)
• 1+ years of experience with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
