Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Consultant for BisTrack.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and environments
Define and document technical requirements for implementations and upgrades
Provide technical guidance and support to field engineers and application support teams

Required Qualifications

Experience with Web Track/Cloud installations and BisTrack performance troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of server, hardware, and network technology
Familiarity with Windows Server and general SQL Server knowledge
Previous experience with ERP systems or subscription-based sales models
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
