Technology Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Consultant to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Accela System Administration and System Enhancements for Accela SaaS Clients
• Support all aspects of Accela Land Management or Business Licensing for large/complex government entities
• Perform system administration activities such as ticketing intake, user account management, and service pack testing support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in the IT industry with implementation and supporting highly technical and complex information systems
• Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform
• Experience in business analysis, design, development, and testing in the IT industry
• Experience in documentation and administration in the IT industry
