Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager/Associate Director in Technology Consulting for the P&C Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data analytics client engagements in a global delivery model
• Collaborate with clients' Technology and Program teams to develop engagement planning and execution roadmaps
• Present solutions to technology and business audiences, communicating results to client stakeholders and developing operational plans

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the P&C domain with a strong data background
• Experience in identifying de-duplication opportunities in data, processes, and reports
• Proficient in SQL, Snowflake, SSIS, and Tableau
• Solid understanding of cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong project management and team management skills, with experience in agile methodologies
