Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology and Commercial Contracts Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts and technology agreements
• Engage with leading corporations across multiple industries on technology and commercial contracting matters
• Provide legal expertise in areas such as software licensing, cloud technology, and nondisclosure agreements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of technology and commercial contracts experience
• Significant experience with complex technology transaction agreements
• Prior experience at a large corporate law firm, sophisticated boutique firm, or in-house with a major company preferred
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
