Job Summary

Leading an agile software development team, the full-time remote Technology Delivery Manager will oversee project delivery, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality software products while collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the software development team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment
• Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop project plans, and monitor progress for timely delivery
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews and quality assurance processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Seven years of experience in a software development role or as a developer subject matter expert
• Three years of resource management experience
• Five years in a senior or subject matter expert position
• Experience mentoring teams on Agile best practices
