Job Summary

Leading an agile software development team, the full-time remote Technology Delivery Manager will mentor staff, oversee project delivery, and ensure high-quality software products by applying technical expertise in data and software architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to software development teams, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop project plans, and monitor progress for timely delivery
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews and quality assurance processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Seven years of experience in a software development role or as a subject matter expert
• Three years of resource management experience
• Five years in a senior or subject matter expert position
