Technology Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

Leading a development team in a remote full-time capacity, the Technology Delivery Specialist will oversee the successful execution of product and project deliverables while coaching Agile teams and driving continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of products, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards
• Coach Agile teams to improve maturity and self-management, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting a collaborative culture
• Act as the primary advocate for the Agile team, managing stakeholder relationships and aligning team execution with product vision and business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in delivery management, project management, or related fields
• Experience coaching Agile teams and fostering high-performing, psychologically safe environments
• Strong understanding of delivery metrics and ability to use data for continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working with software development teams
• Proactive problem-solving skills and experience managing remote teams effectively
