Technology Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technology to oversee its technology infrastructure and ensure cybersecurity compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for technology infrastructure design and maintenance
• Lead the optimization and integration of business systems to support organizational growth
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles focused on infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience managing enterprise business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools that enhance technical operations and decision-making
