Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Technology to oversee the systems that support their operations from order creation to fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage system administration and configuration across core platforms, ensuring data integrity
• Define and oversee cross-system order flows, ensuring reliability and risk mitigation
• Lead incident management and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technology or systems leadership role
• Experience in a DTC and/or Retail environment
• Familiarity with data concepts such as SQL and reporting pipelines
• Proven ability to manage complex integrations and work with various internal teams
• Demonstrated capacity to balance speed with thoughtful decision-making
