Job Summary

Leading the Integration and Data Migration practice, the full-time remote Technology Director will establish strategic direction, manage client relationships, and oversee large-scale transformation programs focused on cloud adoption and organizational change management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Integration and Data Migration practice, developing methodologies and service offerings aligned with client objectives
• Oversee enterprise integration initiatives and data migration strategies, ensuring successful project delivery and governance
• Direct change management activities to support technology transformation and user adoption across the organization

Required qualifications

• US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Public Trust
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, systems integration, or related fields
• 5+ years of consulting or practice leadership experience in technology
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
• Extensive experience with integration architectures and cloud adoption strategies
