Technology Director

Job Summary

Owning all aspects of the company's technology, the full-time remote Director of Technology will manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and reporting platforms, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain technology governance processes and policies, aligning initiatives with organizational goals
• Manage relationships with technology service providers, including overseeing performance and ensuring accountability
• Lead major technology initiatives, ensuring project objectives, budgets, and timelines are met while coordinating with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology leadership or related roles, preferably in physician practice or behavioral health
• Deep expertise with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, particularly Athena Health, and related integrations
• Experience managing technology vendors and third-party service providers in a multi-location organization
• Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and SOC2 Type 2
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CGEIT, or CRISC are preferred
