Job Summary

Providing strategic direction in a remote, full-time capacity, the Technology Director will manage technology functions including software engineering, information security, and enterprise architecture while aligning with business goals and driving innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for technology infrastructure and application systems in alignment with enterprise goals
• Manage relationships with executive stakeholders and oversee planning for multi-year initiatives
• Drive transformation and industry best practices within technical functional areas while monitoring team performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 6 years of management experience in a technology-related role
• In-depth knowledge of technology relevant to healthcare environments
• Strong strategic planning capabilities and experience implementing technology to achieve business objectives
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-cloud environments, particularly with Salesforce
