Technology Director Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Directors of Technology, the remote Fractional Director of Technology Consultant will provide expert advice to Alternative Asset Firms and Family Offices, focusing on technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Advising clients on best practices and developing actionable technology plans
• Overseeing the management of technology infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance and security
• Collaborating with the CTO to establish KPIs and drive productivity across technology teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience as a Director of Technology in an Alternative Asset Firm or family office
• Strong technical knowledge in IT, including application management and cybersecurity
• Experience with investment technology vendors and platforms
• Understanding of business processes in the regulated investment management environment
