Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend engineering teams, driving architectural vision and ensuring code quality and system reliability
• Design and implement scalable backend systems using Event-Driven Architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles
• Architect cloud-native solutions and oversee security and data governance standards compliance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in backend architecture and distributed systems
• Deep expertise in the Python ecosystem, particularly with FastAPI, Pydantic, and knowledge of Django or Flask
• Experience leading major system upgrades or legacy modernization initiatives
• Proven track record with Event-Driven Architectures and Domain-Driven Design concepts
• Strong proficiency in database design and optimization, including experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL stores
