Job Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director, Technology Enablement, the full-time remote Manager, Technology Enablement will manage the execution of the organization's digital product and service enablement strategy, ensuring staff have the necessary resources and support to effectively adopt and utilize enterprise systems while contributing to training delivery and user support operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of training sessions and learning experiences across systems and tools
- Establish and enforce standards for documentation and user-facing content to ensure consistency and quality
- Develop and manage project plans for system rollouts, process changes, and training initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting training, documentation, user support, or technology enablement efforts
- Proven ability to coordinate projects, track progress, and collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly materials
- Experience working with enterprise systems and platforms, preferably within a nonprofit environment
