Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Technology to define and execute its technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and growth objectives
• Lead the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and modern technologies while ensuring governance and compliance
• Oversee core mortgage technology platforms and manage technology budgets and vendor relationships

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior roles
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services
• Experience leading large-scale technology transformations and implementing AI-driven solutions
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and data governance
