Driving the technology executive hiring strategy, the full-time remote Technology Executive Search Partner will manage the full lifecycle of confidential executive searches, focusing on attracting and securing senior-level technology leadership talent while advising business leaders and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute high-impact technology executive searches across the enterprise
  • Develop advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive executive-level technical talent
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends and selection best practices to senior business leaders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of corporate talent acquisition or executive search experience
  • Proven success in managing senior-level technology executive searches in complex environments
  • Demonstrated project management expertise and strong operational rigor
  • Strong HR acumen with emphasis on delivering a world-class executive talent acquisition experience
  • Experience using Workday or similar HRIS/ATS platforms
