Job Summary
Providing technical assistance and expertise during the sales and post-sales process of software products, the full-time remote Technology Experience Lead will collaborate with sales teams, engage with clients, and support digital feature development, primarily focusing on aligning technology solutions with customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to propose suitable software solutions and conduct product demonstrations
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide technical support during implementation
- Design software solutions and work with the product development team to ensure feasibility and alignment with product capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technology client engagement presentations and solution development
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application technology, as well as Microsoft Azure and SaaS offerings
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in managing external providers and vendors, with a successful track record in technology client engagement
