Technology Governance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Governance Automation Engineer to support and advance governance, risk, and compliance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support bank governance activities aligned with regulatory expectations and maintain traceability between regulations, policies, controls, and supporting evidence
• Coordinate and support internal audits and regulatory examinations, identifying opportunities to automate processes and manage audit documentation
• Develop and maintain governance dashboards, reports, and metrics using SQL, Databricks, Power BI, or similar tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in technology governance, IT risk, compliance, audit, or information security within a regulated environment
• 5+ years of experience supporting audits or regulatory examinations, including automation of evidence collection and remediation tracking
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Python and SQL for building automated workflows and data pipelines
• 2+ years of experience with Databricks, Power BI, or similar tools for enterprise analytics and reporting
