Technology Governance Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Technology Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into technology priorities and manage the CTO operating model
• Lead governance processes including portfolio prioritization, funding decisions, and risk management
• Define and maintain technology KPIs and craft executive communication for board discussions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology, product, operations, or strategy roles
• 10+ years at the senior director level or above
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field required; equivalent experience considered
• Strong business acumen with financial and KPI fluency
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence at the executive level
