Technology Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Technology Implementation Consultant will provide technical consulting to financial institutions, focusing on integrating software systems and collaborating with client teams to document business and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand and document their business and technical requirements
• Work with customer business analysts on data mapping between systems and advise on system usage and configuration
• Contribute to the analysis, design, development, and testing of customer engagement deliverables

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of lending, mortgage, deposit, or servicing
• Working knowledge of XML, XSL/XSLT, XML Editing tools, and Data Mapping tools
• Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Vasont, TFS) is a plus
• Familiarity with Mapforce and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) is desirable
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and engage with matrixed organizations
