Technology Infrastructure Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a growth-oriented Technology Infrastructure Manager to lead and evolve infrastructure, endpoint management, and cloud services in a fully remote position, focusing on vendor management, team leadership, and ensuring secure and scalable technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for technology Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and oversee Microsoft licensing compliance
- Manage and optimize technology infrastructure, including cloud-based and hybrid environments, while ensuring security and performance
- Assess technology risks and develop integration plans for newly acquired firms during mergers and acquisitions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations, preferably in the retirement or financial services industry
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, Teams, and Exchange Online
- Experience managing and partnering with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and cloud infrastructure platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Proficient in endpoint security management, patching, compliance, and hardware lifecycle management
