Technology Innovation Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Technology Innovation Specialist will transform early-stage ideas and technical breakthroughs into polished artifacts, serve as a bridge between innovation and product development, and independently develop and advocate for innovations within the People Assurance Innovation Lab.

Key responsibilities

• Transform emerging technology work into polished, audience-ready artifacts, including presentations and demos
• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for various audiences, including executive leadership
• Conceive, prototype, and demonstrate original innovations while packaging proven concepts for product and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of experience in software development, technical product management, or a closely related discipline
• Demonstrable development experience with at least one relevant technology stack (e.g., JavaScript/React, PHP/Node)
• Strong product intuition with the ability to think in terms of user outcomes and business value
• Experience creating polished presentations and audience-facing materials from technical source material
