Technology Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Technology Integration Analyst, responsible for leading and managing multiple digital integration projects with moderate to high complexity in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital integration projects, defining patterns and addressing platform gaps
• Facilitate meetings, manage project scope and timelines, and mitigate risks while ensuring deliverables are met
• Document and validate operational processes and data flows, translating business needs into solution designs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis, software, or customer implementation experience
• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects across cross-functional teams
• Experience with standard data exchange formats (e.g., XML, EDI)
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering projects in an agile environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a high school diploma/GED
