Job Summary

Technology Integration Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for remotely installing and configuring hardware and software to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform remote installation of hardware and configure Membership & Operations software
  • Support the setup of Access Control Software and document work accurately in internal systems
  • Collaborate with team members and provide updates on project progress and client needs
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support, IT, or client-facing project role
  • Familiarity with hardware installation and software configuration in a remote environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who can follow structured processes while identifying improvements
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
