Job Summary
To support the LumiCare team, the full-time remote Technology Integration Specialist will conduct assessments, provide training and support plans, and manage technology solutions for customers while also overseeing team resources and inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee assessment completion and interpret recommendations for clients
- Order and set up technology solutions, including hardware and software
- Provide training and guidance to new and current team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the health and human resources industry
- IT and Project Management experience
- Must reside in PA, DE, OH, LA, TN, TX, or VA
