Job Summary

To support the LumiCare team, the full-time remote Technology Integration Specialist will conduct assessments, provide training and support plans, and manage technology solutions for customers while also overseeing team resources and inventory.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee assessment completion and interpret recommendations for clients
  • Order and set up technology solutions, including hardware and software
  • Provide training and guidance to new and current team members
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the health and human resources industry
  • IT and Project Management experience
  • Must reside in PA, DE, OH, LA, TN, TX, or VA
