Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Technology Integration Specialist will conduct assessments, design training and support plans, and manage technology solutions for LumiCare customers while providing leadership and guidance to team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee assessment completion and interpret recommendations for technology solutions
  • Order, set up, and provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and specialized devices
  • Conduct training and support functions for customers and team members as required
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the health and human resources industry
  • IT and Project Management experience
  • Must reside in PA, DE, OH, LA, TN, TX, or VA
